I am trying to export a file from the AS400 to my PC using the Client Access
'receive' button on the tool bar.

The file is non-keyed, 'flat', and 420 characters in length. All records have
some trailing spaces.

I transfer with settings to convert to ASCII and 'Convert CCSID 65535'.

The file arrives on the PC and the data is perfectly recognisable and readable.

However the receipient to whom I e-mail the file claims that the file is not
space filled to 420 characters.

How can I remedy this?

Thanks for any help in advance

Chris
