No way to really know with the facts you have presented... A 170 can
grow
quite large(overlaps 720) and might be plenty for the application. You 
didn't say "which" model of the 170 you have. How much memory, etc,etc.

Since your main app is Domino, why wasn't this your first option ????

Lots of folks are running it on 400's with no apparent problems.
