Heck, I'm still waiting for somebody to tell me what it is good at!

I think in many companies, it is a solution in search of a problem.

Yes, and if they poured half the talent into it that they have poured into
DB2, it would fly. But the reality seems to be that they bought Lotus to
have some software that they were missing, but really don't have any real
drive to make it any better.
