almost correct. Each WCB can be max 16Mb, each job entry takes up 1Kb,
so each WCB can hold 16K jobs. The current max number of WCBs in a
system is 10, thus 160K jobs. There is room in the architecture for another
20 WCBs for a total of 30 = 480,000 approx. jobs.
