Office Vision is still supported under V4R5.  (IBM changed their minds 
about how quickly they were going to withdraw it.)

They have sold off the editor and some of the APIs, and some other stuff to 
a European firm, so you're not quite as hosed as you thought, however you 
will have to license this software.  From what I have heard, you have to 
specify the MORTGAGE command, option *VERYLONGTERM.
