Yup - embedded compiler options were not added until V4R2 I believe, as was
support for varying length fields.  Remember - when asking for a previous
release compile you are actually using the old compiler so it _never_
understands the new stuff!!

A word of warning - if you intend to support this old release box much
longer you'd be well advised to target V3R2 not V3R7.  Hans or Barbara will
correct me if I'm wrong but I doubt that the next compiler release will
support V3R7 but it will probably continue to support V3R2 for a while
because of the need to support CISC boxes.  As far as the compilers go -
the compatible releases for CISC/RISC are V3R2 and V3R6 (not 7)
