I have project an AS/400 as a web server. My Configuration File as follows:

I have received Certificate from VeriSign trial digital certificate and it is already installed to my browser ( Netscape also Internet Explorer) I have followed Digital Certificate Manual for each step . (pdf sg245659 ) I don't have any problem in Port 80 ( Non -SSL) But I  when I try to connect with port 443 ( Https) ports I am getting this message "The document contained no data. Try again later , or contact the server's administrator."
