Banner pages on INFOPRINT (fwd) -- MIDRANGE-L

Please disregard the previous post:

Just had a call 'from the field' about an INFOPRINT device connected via
Ethernet that is not printing banner pages.  Searched the archives and
found no reference.


The real problem is that the banner page always prints GUEST as the user,
and it only happens when using the INFOPRINT device.  Apparently printing
to an HP keeps the user name intact.,


Any clues?
