Another option is to move the spool files to QEZJOBLOG (or change the spool 
file to have them go there automatically).  If you have CleanUp (GO CLEANUP) 
running on a regular basis you can have the system delete these logs when the 
clean up the system logs.

If this doesn't work, let me know.  I have a simple utility that lets cleans up 
files by how old the file is.  You specify the output queue and how long to 
keep the spooled file.  Schedule this to run nightly and it keeps your spool 
files under control.  But, like Al pointed out in a previous note - this 
program doesn't determine whether or not the information is needed - it just 
looks at how old the spool file is.
