Many times I use DSPLOG.  You'll see the message in there twice.  Once when it 
happened.  Second, when it was answered.  If you press F1 on the response and 
look at the details (you might have to then press F9) you can see who answered 
the message.

Is there a way to determine who answered a message in QSYSOPR.  I need
either an existing OS/400 tool or a 3rd party tool to do so.  Our shop
currently does not have a programmer (but we're looking for one) so writing
a program is currently out of the question.

Any information will be greatly appreciated.
