Not so.  *PGM objects (whatever language) don't store in any 'visible' way
the data type, size, etc. of the parameters that they expect.  ILE programs
can store some information (descriptors) but as I noted in a previous
posting the support for this is incomplete and therefore virtually useless.
Even if it was complete I'm not sure it could be used in this context since
it is intended to be used by a _called_ program/procedure in order to
determine what parameters were passed to it.  I don't think there is any
ability to query what a program/procedure expects.
