CRTSQLPKG error -- MIDRANGE-L

I have an rpg program with embedded dynamic SQL statements. When
distributing the program, the program does not perform.

Am told that I need to use CRTSQLPKG to recreate the SQL Package. When this
command is issued the
diagnostic report reads below:

                                              DIAGNOSTIC MESSAGES
 MSG ID  SEV  RECORD  TEXT
 SQL5030  50          Program PPR0600 in FMG does not contain SQL
distributed
                      modules.
 SQL5056              SQL package creation for module PPR0600 failed.
Package

Am I not using the proper values for creating the package?
