Remote Outqueue problems -- MIDRANGE-L

Hi, group!

I've set up a remote writer on one of my AS/400s.  Whenever something is spooled
to this remote writer's outqueue, it will send that spooled file to the remote
outqueue, as it should, but it will stay at a *snd status on the originating
AS/400 and nothing after that will send unless I put that document on hold, end
the remote writer, and start the remote writer back up.  I have to do this for
every single spool file waiting in this remote writer's outqueue.  Any ideas on
what's happening here?
