The User-Centered Design (UCD) Team is working with AS/400 developers to
get your opinions regarding Tier 0 Devices and Remote Management of your
AS/400. We would be interested in getting your feedback to help us better
understand what customers are wanting. We would like you to take about 10
minutes to answer the following questions. Please respond to this
questionnaire by July 17. If you have questions, please contact
RCHUCD@us.ibm.com. We will try to give you a timely response. Also, you
can find out more about the UCD Team at www.ibm.com/as400/ucd. Thank you
for your time and answers. We really appreciate it.

A. What are the top five functions that you would like to remotely
administer on your AS/400 if you were using a Tier 0 Device?

B. What are the top five functions that you would like to monitor-only on
your AS/400 using a Tier 0 Device?

C. If you remotely administer your AS/400 due to user or operator problems,
name your top five problems that you deal with on a monthly basis?

May we contact you for further information / clarification? If yes, please
provide your name, telephone number, and e-mail address.

Thank you again, and have a good day.
