From what I can tell, a lot of the problems with inactive jobs were fixed with 
4.4.  On 4.1 our Client Access (or other TN5250) jobs would not time out - at 
4.4 they are working fine.  Same with *DSCJOB.

A word of warning about DSCJOB.  It doesn't work with Client Access
sessions.  At least it doesn't work on V4R1.
