I am NOT a hardware person, so I'm confused about this CPW xxx/yyy
stuff. If you are running a traditional "green screen" application suite with
a lot of interactive work/users, then any machine with this configuration
has to be a bad choice. Right? Yet, when I look at tables with model
numbers and stats, it appears that almost all models have a double rating.
Does that mean that most models have this governor in them or just that
it is an option? Can you have the governor removed by the CE and pay
some kind of upgrade?
