You said in your first message "Now wouldn't it be loverly if our trade rags could get their story straight?", and that means there's always total agreement between all NEWS/400 (and Midrange Computing) staff of the significance and meaning of a given event, whether it's hype, factual, positive, negative, and so on. And I'm saying that isn't how the publishing industry works; there is often a wide range of interpretations by very knowledgeable people of any given event, product or technology. ...
