× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

What printer is defined on the 400 ??? If the particular model is not
able to perform duplex printing(as far as the 400 is concerned) it will
not even give it a try. I have seen this with non-IBM printers. 

Have you tried to disable/remove the tcp/ip card and then try it ???
