It's in there too, has a facility for you to define your file (i.e. position
of area code, exchange,phone#) and run their program to modify (only
negative is that it only does one area code at a time, so if 15 area codes
have changed since the last time you ran you have to run 15 times.)

we currently have a table that updates members -- just need to calendar a
check of new permissive and mandatory dates
