We had a programmer here who submitted a pwrdwnsys at 4:30 in the afternoon that should have run at about 10:30 that night. He told me what happened, & I just shut my stuff down & went home. Same individual was loading PTFs, and missed the prompt about the IPL. Suddenly the machine came screeching to a halt. Oopsee. Fortunately, here we're not in an environment where that caused more than an inconvenience.
