As IBM has just released a new fax/modem card, I don't believe so.
The IBM software needs updating, however, and it does not appear that IBM
is investing in the software. You could develop your own front ends
(easily) for the required front ends as long as you have no IPDS/AFPDS
requirements (which is typical)
