I use Macromedia's Dreamweaver (the sorta stripped down version of
UltraDev) and I love it. 
It is great for folks who actually know HTML because you can enter code
with very little trouble and it is perfect for those who don't know HTML
because it is drag and drop and very versatile. I also like the code
generation style, no CAPS in the html tags, that was Microsoft's
contribution to the web.   
I have UltraDev and it works for MySql and PostgreSQL without a hitch so
I would assume, given that U-DB2 is available for those other platforms
that it should work as well.
