Go LICPGM.

choose the delete poption (11???)

Find the S36 Environment (near the top, one of the nnnnSS1 licensed programs)

Choose option 4 to delte the sucker.

!!Don't!!! just delete individual libraries.  You won't get everything, and
you'll leave a mess that must be cleaned up later.
