Shipping charges

Our client wants me to load down all the Fed Ex, UPS, US Postal rate 
tables to the AS/400 and write software to calculate the weight of each 
shipment and based on its destination - the shipping charges(national and 
international locations). 

I am looking to see if anyone has software on the AS/400 where we can pass 
the weight and to/from zip codes into and then receive the charges back.  
Then I can create the data for the order for shipping.

Does anybody have this as an off-the-shelf component?
