Most used files?

I'm looking at changing the access path size on some of our most heavily
contended files from *max4gb to *max1tb.
Whilst i have a fair idea if which files get hammered the most, does anyone
have a way of monitoring this so that i can cherry pick those that are going
to give the greatest benefit?
