        [Tim McCarthy]  Jeez what crap. The price tag is what you
negotiate for a paycheck. If you weren't creative you probably wouldn't
have been hired in the first place. Creativity exists in every
department of a company. If you think you're special and have ideas of
commercial value then go ahead, take your balls in your hand and go out
on your own. Next we'll be calling ourselves "artistes"...wow.
