API QDBRTVFD File Scope Array -- MIDRANGE-L

QDBRTVFD does not document any particular sequence for the returned
files, and you should not assume that current behavior will always apply
in the future.  If you need the entries in a particular sequence then
you should plan on providing for that within your application.
