V3R7-V4R3 Upgrade -- MIDRANGE-L

Hello all,
We are in the process of upgrading our AS/400 from V3R7 to V4R3. We were going
through the Manual SC41-5120-02 (Software Installation). For installation, it
says that in Work With License Program menu we will be getting an option 5 which
is for "Prepare for Install", which we are unable to see.

Note: We have not applied "Installation Preparation PTFs"(MF14115, MF15668,
SF43785). Will that option 5 will be seen after applying this PTF?
