V4R5 Announcements

these 2 web/telecast announcements are making their way around the Local
User Group circuit and it merits cross posting to M-L.  My recommendation
is that you signup early.   Also, that you get on your local user group
email list as alot of this kinda stuff is being directed to your local
user groups and will be more so in the future.
