I also like Sequel. It's a great programmer's report writer and data manipulation tool. It also is a good report writer for the knowledgeable power users. However, I have to agree with David that the average user tends to find it bewildering. I haven't played with the Sequel graphical front-end at all, though - that may make it seem more familiar and less complex to the average Excel user. It seems to me, though, that the most important ingredient for end-user reporting is a well-documented, logically organized data base.
