Guess we need the <irony> </irony> tag set.  

There's nothing I can put my finger on.  Happens when they're both open and
one is minimized.  Usually I do something in IE like click on a link and
Outlook dies with an "illegal operation" message.  <irony> I guess I'm just
habituated to it. </irony>
