This is should work:

CPYTOIMPF FROMFILE(MURPHY/ALISTS) TOSTMF('/home/murphy/default.xls')
MBROPT(*REPLACE) RCDDLM(*CRLF) DTAFMT(*DLM) STRDLM('"') FLDDLM(X'05')
