From the CA/400 web site:
Client Access Express is supported with all released versions of 
Windows 2000.
Client Access Express service pack SF59557 or later must be 
installed.

What I have heard is that _ONLY_  (CA/400 Express- TCP) will work under W2000 
that the NS/Router will NOT work, nor do they (NetManage) intend for it to.
