Eric, There are some differences in how Bisynch and Asynch operate with ICF files, but not a whole lot. If you have the Harbinger (formerly Premenos) package you can probably write your own communications module and plug it in. Or just receive to a file and use file processing to import the file. One important point: many Asynch EDI interfaces use Xmodem, Ymodem or Zmodem to transfer files. You would need a third party package to support this on the AS/400. A better choice would be to use FTP. And you don't need to install expensive frame relay connections to use FTP. Are you communicating with a value added network like Advantis, or going direct with a trading partner?
