As I recall if you want OpsNav console then you MUST configure the system that way. However if the OpsNav console is NOT attached we were able to get the twinax device on 0/0 of the first WSC to become the console. WHat I can't remember is if ALL the functions are there (ie can you get to DST that way) but it seemed like it was.
