You might try a web activated (web-to-host)or desktop print emulator that uses a specific device name. Have the user click on a link that activates a print session to the appropriate device. The printer emulator can be setup to print to a text file that may then be viewed with Notepad. Notepad can be setup to launch automatically when double-clicking files with a .TXT extension. You might also output the job to a directory accessible to a web server and allow the users to view the documents with a browser.
