Hello All, Does anybody know a secure way to store the user IDs and passwords required by a Client Access file transfer and a Delphi/400 program that run as an automated task on an NT server? I know that when they are transmitted anybody with a sniffer could look at them, what I want is to stop people from looking at the batch file on the server and seeing them in their unencrypted forms. I just wondered if any of you have got around this problem? Many thanks Alan +--- | This is the Midrange System Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com. | To subscribe to this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-SUB@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner/operator: david@midrange.com +---
