Matt, Using WRKDIRE, segregate your user by departments, buildings or whatever. Then use DSPDIRE to a pf, use opnqryf to select records your want and read in a CL loop. Or put you people in a Distribution List, using WRKDSTL, again DSPDSTL will take records to an outfile to be read in a CL or RPGLE Bound to CLLE. I use Distribution Lists to send Group E-MAIL with SNDDST. > > Is there a way to send a message to a particular group? What I am trying to > accomplish is sending a break message via the 400 (V4R4) that should not go to > everyone. I do not want to specify each individual, there is close to fifty > people. Any help would be appreciated. > > -Matt > +--- | This is the Midrange System Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com. | To subscribe to this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-SUB@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner/operator: david@midrange.com +---
