Joe: We have a commercial product that does this. You can use some API's to create HTML versions of your spool files automatically on the IFS or any other server on your network. They the user can open up Windows explorer and click on the report and there it is in a browser window. One of our clients had us write some net.data pages to make the interface a bit more fancy and added an icon to all of their user's desktop, they call it "the workbench", a nice browser based tool, and all the data comes from the AS400.
