Re: Copier/Printer

we are in the process of working with Ricoh to install 
copier/printers and some copier/printer/fax.  It is a huge project. 
We aren't using digital copiers, but I would think that it could be 
done.  At the moment we are using an "interface" box  to allow for 
the AS/400 connection.  We hope to use TCP/IP later on down the 
road..... It has been "interesting" and tray switching is a MAJOR 
stumbling block since we have multiple systems that we wish to 
use these devices.  

It will take some time to work out the bugs, but I believe it will 
work.  We are using Ikon Office Solutions to get the Ricoh 
printer/copiers.....
