No, you didn't imagine it, but it is kind of buried.  Put your Client
Access CD in the PC with Op Nav go through the install procedures. 
Under the custom install (I think) is the option to include the Domino
server.  Put a check mark next to it and follow the bouncing ball.  Once
the installation process completes, you should be able to go to Op Nav,
click on your AS400, Network, Servers, and see the Domino server listed
right under the Client Access server.
