I think I have found the problem, now how do I get out of trouble Iam
connected via a 3197C dual session display to the "Wrong card" its a
feature #9149 (Twinaxial Passthru Adapter) .No wonder it would not come
alive with a sign on screen until I
set the 2nd address to port 0/1!

Anyway I have 3 6050 Workstation IOP cards installed Frame 3,6,7.How to I
set
up one of these to be Port0/address 0.

I have a full hardware dump printout listing all the resourses and logial
names-which I dont understand?ie 6050 CARDs installed on Frame 3=resource
name WS03 --LOGIAL ADDRESS 1/1/0/7-/////?
Frame 6 = resource name WS02,CTL01--LOGIAL ADDRESS 1/1/0/4-/////,Frame7
=resource name WS04--LOGIAL ADDRESS 1/1/0/2-/////

at the moment Im set up on via 9149 port0,add1
Subsystem QCTL
Display DSP01
I somehome need to move this to one of the 6050 cards.AutoConfig is on and
Im running V3R7 on a 9406-model500

cheers Dave
