SQL system error

Below is the message I am get when I try to create a table called InvoiceFact.

 Cause . . . . . :   An attempt was made to create, move, or change database    
   file INVOI00001 with alternative name INVOICEFACT into library P2PREWH1.     
   However, the operation was not done for reason code 3.  The reason codes     
   are:                                                                         
     1 - The alternative name is not a valid database alternative name.         
     2 - The alternative name is a duplicate of the alternative name for        
   database file *N that already exists in library P2PREWH1.                    
     3 - The alternative name could not be verified as a duplicate of other     
   file's alternative names in library P2PREWH1 because of problems with the    
   system cross reference files.                                                
     4 - Only one alternative name is allowed.

It generates a system name for my table but runs into some kind of system 
catalog error while creating the table. 

Does anyone know about this issue ?

Folks:

I see extended XML support in UDB-DB/2 for NT, Sun, and AIX, but does
anyone know if/when it will be supported on the AS/400?
