neither.  we went with asna's web serving software. 

we've been using their visual rpg for several years now, so this was a
natural progression for us.  

the web server itself is a p/c running windows iis instead of the
as/400, and the data files are on the as/400.  at first i was reluctant
to go this route, but the pages are served using asp, and the avr
programs are compiled as dll's.  the web server p/c just serves the web,
and we've had no problems at all.  

we've got several customers running with the web application now, which
is a credit reporting, trade group, and collection agency package.
