Not much is different in V4R4 in terms of email. You can use the SNDDST
command for simple requirements. And the QtmmSendMail API can be used
for a bit more sophisticated stuff. Our partner company, Net400, has an
inexpensive emailer that supports MIME attachments, base64 encoding,
save files, etc. More info here: http://www.net400.com
