FI02112 Refers to FI01105 which reads:
            FI01105 indicates that the addressed storage device is the
            failing item.

            Perform the following:

            1.  Find the unit address (see "SRC Address Formats" in
                topic 1.5.2).

            2.  See " Locations and Addresses" in topic 1.5.1 and find
                the diagram of the system unit and find the addressed
                storage unit location.

            3.  Exchange the failing device.

6756 Calls out the MFIOP Backplane

FI01106

            FI01106 indicates that a storage device other than the
            addressed storage device is the failing item.

            See FI01105 in topic 1.3.1 to find the addressed device. The
            failing item could be any tape, CD or disk device other than
            the addressed device.

            Exchange the other storage devices, one at a time, beginning
            with any tape or CD unit.

FI01140
            FI01140 indicates that SIG3 (SCSI cable) is the failing
            item.

Does know what SRC Code B900 3400 means?  The system is a 9401-150 on V4R3
and
we are reloading from a commplete system backup after a disk crash.
