The command you will need to use is WRKOBJLCK, but first you need to get the system object name for the DLO.
So, DSPDLONAM for the DLO then use the system object name for the WRKOBJLCK.
I used to do this with a program. use the RTVDLONAM and use the returned varible in the obj lock command.
