that seems to happen on a regular basis.  someone switches browsers and
then their messages come out in an unacceptable format.  i switched
about a year ago, and one then as i was downloading e-mail, found
messages loaded with comments and complaints about my fonts.  i'm afraid
to change anything now...

it would be interesting to hear how it goes.  like 6 months from now, 1
year from now.  at some point, is the as/400 and it's ease of use
missed?
