Thanks for your input, it is much appreciated.

I am receiving the execve() error from the http server...here is some more
info:

HTTPCFG is as follows, I believe my CGI calls are accessing the programs. 
 
PASS /QSYS.LIB/CGI.LIB/*                  
EXEC /cgi/* /QSYS.LIB/CGI.LIB/*
 
My CL program to access a perl script:

CALL PGM(PERLDIST/PERL) PARM('/home/perlscripts/hello.pl')
ENDPGM

And finally, my Perl program:

#!/usr/bin/perl 
print ("Hello World!\n");

Am I forgetting something in my configuration? Like I said before, I can run
these perl programs from a qsh environment on the AS/400, but the CGI hooks
aren't quite there.  If you can help great, if not can you refer me to
someone who can.
