Uh ... outputting "HTML" is EXACTLY what I recently asked about ... ... although the "HTML" will, in fact, be "XML". -----Original Message----- From: Stone, Brad V (TC) [mailto:bvstone@taylorcorp.com] Sent: April 05, 2000 9:08 AM To: 'MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com' Subject: RE: Can we output an HTML form from an e-rpg? Sure, but you'll need to understand how to use one or all of the following APIs QtmhGetEnv QtmhRdStin QzhbCGIParse You can build the "HTML subfile" with eRPG. These fields should be in a form. Then, depending on which method you use (ie GET or PUT) you use one of the above APIs to read the values in the form fields. I know I didn't include it in my book, but I've found using the QzhbCGIParse API the easiest of them all. I have an updated HTTP service program souce on the www.netshare400.com source samples page (it's labled QZHBCGI) that has a decent wrapper for this API.
